Management team evaluation is undertaken with the help of a specially developed internet-based process, whereby both hard and soft factors are assessed.
The data gathered are then used to determine the current status of the team being evaluated, as well as where it stands in terms of strategic challenges. The evaluation forms the basis for concrete recommendations with regard to the maximising the potential of the management group to fulfil its role. Depending on the results of the analysis, organisational-level measures, or measures at the level of teamworking and/or individual team members are proposed.
